I am unable to see the Top-Rated badge which was on my profile untill yesterday.
I think it's because an update is in process.
Please advise.

Are you looking in the right place? It's located on the left now after the redesign.

Hi Neetika,
It looks like you may have recently made some changes to your profile and it's now isn't complete 100%. Since the 100% completed profile is one of the requirements for Top Rated, the badge is removed. That said, you can make updates to your profile to add more information and complete your profile 100% so that you qualify for Top Rated again.
