I'm a top-rated Brand Identity designer with 92% JSS. I've been working on Upwork for over a year and was getting jobs and interviews on my proposals but unfortunately, I'm not getting any response or even an interview on my proposals for the last 30-40 days.
I used to analyze each job description and send proposals regarding that job description, I do not use copy-paste proposals. I have waste 100-150 connects without any interview (how it is possible with top-rated?).
Please help!
