I was going to begin my testing on Office Skills, but noticed I didn't have enough time to complete it. So, I exited the screen. I just went back to do the test, however, it has locked me out until August. Could you please help me to remedy this situation. Thank you so much.
I've tried replicating your concern in your profile and saw that the test is still available for you. Would you be able to try it again? Also you can try clearing cache and cookies, try a different browser if it helps. Please let me know if you're still getting the same error message so we can ask our team to follow up on this for you.
