Partly paid contract

I'm wondering if closing a $50 contract with $40 paid will affect JSS. The job is completed successfully. The sum was negotiated and agreed upon during the interview. The only thing that went wrong is that the client who is new to Upwork hasn't edited the sum of the contract (from $50 to $40 as we agreed).
