Paused Contract

I was logging on to upwork this morning to start my dailywork and my account is showing that the contract has been Paused. Was this done by the client or upwork? I didnt recieve a message from my client so I am very confused. Can a customer support rep message me about this?

It specifically says "Paused by Upwork"!

You may want to ask the client if they know anything about this
