Payment Method Inactive !

Hello ! It's been a while since i added payment method to local bank. But it's still inactiave.Can you please tell me how what should i do to make it active?

Hello !

Since 24 Oct i added payment method direct to local bank, it's still inactive, i have already added a previous topic but no one helped me. Please help and tell my what should i do!
