Payment Stuck because of identity verification

I can't verify my account because I am not legal aged, and my account is going to be on hold on 19th May, on 24th May i am going to turn 18, now the thing is, i have received some payments, I got the work after trying very hard, and now I am facing this issue, can you help me? 🙂 I am trying to verify my account with my Birth Certificate as I don't have other ID's. Student ID is also not allowed here.
