Taking a relationship outside of Upwork.

I have been working with a great client for over two years. They have requested to take our relationship outside of Upwork. 

What is the procedure involved?  I have found this article https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043210654-Move-Outside-of-Upwork,
but it does not state if

- there are any other fees,
- if the relationship can be moved instantly?
I would appreciate info regarding this.  Thanks.

Since the relationship has been on Upwork for more than two years, you can just move it: close the contract here, and pick up with the client directly.
