Payment Withdrawal Issues via ACH transfer

Two days ago I requested for withdrawal of my funds via Direct US Bank transfer. All went well, but I have not still received the Payment Has Been Processed Notification. What is the cause of the delay?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Funds will arrive in your bank account within two to five business days from ACH deposits (Automatic Clearing House). Processing and clearing times vary widely from bank to bank. Bank holidays can also delay your funds. If you still don't receive the funds after eight business days, please let us know so we can initiate a trace.
