Payment after a job is closed

I completed 2 jobs but the client had only funded and paid the first half of each.  She wants to finish paying me, but can't get back into the job because she "closed" it.  What do we do?

She can't set up new milestones on a closed contract, but she can issue a bonus payment through one of them (as long as it's been less than a year since she closed them).

When she opens the contract, there are three dots in the upper right hand corner that lead to a dropdown "give bonus" option.
