Hello Upwork Team!
I am top rated freelancer but My payment for worked (22-29Jan) last week should be arrived 8 hours ago, but not available for withdraw still 'in review' and 'Pending' bonus must be arrived tomorrow, unfortunately availibilty date moved to February 8th. Why am I having issues with it?
Please explain more about it.

Same thing - All tracked working hours for the last week are still "in progress".

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that the 'In progress' tab shows the hours logged during the current week. Please note that all logged hours are processed as per the weekly billing cycle. Check out this help page for more information.

I checked, and it looks like you've withdrawn your earnings today. In most cases, your payment transfers immediately. However, sometimes it may take up to 24 hours on weekdays or the next business day on weekends. If it has been more than 24 hours and one business day, please contact M-Pesa.
