Payment delay

I made a withdrawal  request to my mpesa and it still has not been processed. It normally takes an hour but today it's taking longer than usual. Why?

I checked your account and can confirm that the email that confirms that the payment has already been processed has been sent out. The transaction was also successful on our end, and this should reflect in your account soon.

Can you please tell me if there's a delay with the last payment? It looks to be paid yesterday and the money didn't show up in my account until now, this never happened before.

Hey don't worry about it. Some time it takes a bit more time. You will get
your payment for sure.
