Outdated status of Jobs

Hello all,

I found a problem in finding works. Sometimes jobs are shown to me with not updated status, means I get to notice that job is already started but not showing any number of proposals interviews or hires. Sometimes just very few proposals are there and I usually spend the connects with very accurate and appealing proposal very quickly and I come to know that job was already initiated. Sometimes there is still no hired or interviews status on job.

Can anyone please help me. I am unable to get right jobs to offer proposals efficiently.
