Payment still pending not showing date

Hello , Im Tahsin, My peyment sitll pending not showing any date when its release for Available. how to solve it..  Please help me.

Hi Md Tahsin,

Thanks for reaching out. When a payment is pending with no due date, it means that the billing method of the client was not charged. It will remain this way unless the client updates their billing method in order to process the payment.
