Payment to Local Bank instead of ACH

I have attached last week ACH (US Direct Account) and today I have requested for withdrawl in it. The payment is yet to processed by the UpWork. Is it possible to withdraw the payment to Local Bank instead of ACH (US Direct Account) at this stage.

I'm afraid we can't cancel a withdrawal once it's initiated. If there are any issues with your bank account, the funds should be returned to your Upwork account. To clarify, ACH withdrawals can take up to five business days to be received. You can visit this page for more information.
