Today I got an offer from a client. She is my regular client..I already have done the work and for the payment, she made an offer and activated the milestone...as soon as I accepted the offer I requested the payment. Below is the screenshot of the details.I can see the details here... but when I go to my reports tab I don't see the money in my 'WORK IN PROGRESS, REVIEW, PENDING, sections. See the 2nd screenshot. What is the problem here?
Hi Nitin,
I checked the job you are referring to and can confirm that your requested payment is already seen under the In review tab on the Report page. As soon as the request is approved, your earnings will move to the Pending tab and you will be able to access them after the 5-day security period ends.
