I send a job to the client upon the process by job submit option. Almost 14 days now. Client is didnt approve the payment yet, payment is still under review.

The funds on the milestone should be processed to your account within 24-hours of the 14th day following the UTC timezone. If after 24-hours this doesn't happen automatically, please reach out to us or the Customer Support Team directly so that you can be assisted further.
