Payoneer Card inactive

Hello!

I was going to withdraw funds from my account to my Payoneer card, but it says its inactive.

I've searched around the forum and found that this may happen when a freelancer doesn't have one's tax information filled. But I did this several months ago. Maybe I misshed something or used thewrong format? Can someone check and see what could be the problem?

It takes 3 days (I think it's three, but ight be four, but my memory says 3) after being added to become active.

You will need to fill out your W-8BEN form as well so that your payment method is verified. Thank you.

Hi Nataliia,

Looks like you didn't enter your name under the W-8BEN form. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents.
