How can I replace my old Payoneer account with a new one?

The new account is linked to another email address.

Hi Salah,

To change your Payoneer account with a new one, you will need to contact Payoneer first so that they can disassociate the existing Payoneer account on Upwork. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been done. Please get back to us after receiving the confirmation email from Payoneer so that we can assist you further on our end. Thanks.

I have contacted Payoneer, they told me that there is no linked account to my Upwork account, because my old Payoneer account which I have linked its debit card to my Upowork account was canceled and closed so it's not existing anymore, and they advised me that the solution is with Upwork.
