Pending bonus Payment

On the 4th of March a client ended contact and gave a $10 bonus. And the payment has been in pending.

When would such payment be available?

Is such a delay normal for bonus payments?

Hi Precious,

Bonuses show in the Transaction History the moment they're initiated by the client as Pending. Once the client is successfully charged and settles the outstanding balance from their end, the date when the amount becomes available will also show next to the transaction. If there is an issue with the client's account and they haven't successfully paid the bonus, it'll show as Pending. Also, please remember that Bonus payments aren't covered by Payment Protection.
