Hi all,
Regarding client satisfaction items, the below is quoted from Upwork help and support,
Does it reflect the percentage of clients or the percentage of jobs which their clients have recommended a freelancer to others?
Thanks,
Arman T.

No, nothing like that at all. It's a rating from 1-10 that is given when ending a job, the same as you do for the client.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it is about the private feedbacks from the clients. If it is 9 or 10, it means that the client would recommend the freelancer.
But how will the percentage be calculated? for instance, for a freelancer with 4 clients and 5 completed jobs, if the private feedbacks of the 3 clients with 4 completed jobs were 9 or 10, then will the percentage be 80 or 75?

It works like all percentages work. If you have 4 jobs with a rating of 9 for all of them, your percentage would be 90. (100% = 10x4=40, 90% = 9x4=36/40)

It's # of clients, not the jobs.
Upwork moderators have repeatedly confirmed that on the forum, so I am pretty sure about it!

No, it is by number of ended jobs with feedback.
