Please fix the spam responses

The amount of garbage responses to jobs is out of control. In 2 minutes I get 20 $0 contractors (who are mostly fake) with ChatGPT-generated responses. The problem is that this discourages real responses. It wastes my time, it depresses earnings for real freelancers. 

Maybe introduce a delay on $0 freelancers - e.g., 60 minutes before they show up as to not discourage others. Or at least stop putting garbage at the top of Best Match. Grrrrr.
