Re: Positive review and 5-star rating is not displayed

Last week I completed a work for a client of mine. We were both satisfied witht he final results, the project was completed successfully so we ended the contract. Because my client was new to Upwork, he didn't give me five stars and good review once he ended the contract but later on he found where he can do that and so he did. I gave him a positive review because he was an excellent client. 

Now when I go to all my contracts, I can see my last job listed there and under the "Terms and Settings" tab I am able to see the positive review and the 5 star rating from the client but it isn't displayed on my  Upwork profile.

So should I wait for a little while so the review and the 5 start rating show up on my profile or is there anything else I can do?

I`ve just generated your profile manually and I can see a contract that was closed this month is listed on your profile. If you're referring to another contract and still it is not showed on your profile please send me a PM with the contract ID so that I can assist you further. Thank you!

Hi Goran, thanks for replying so fast!


The problem was that it said "No feedback given" for almost a week, but we both gave eachother postivie feedbacks. I checked my account 2-3 times since this morning and it wasn't changed. Now when I checked it again, I saw the feedback and the 5 star ratings. Now everyhint is great, my problem is solved. I was supposed to be a bit more patient and wait for a bit longer Smiley Happy

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser?
