Problem upgrading to Freelancer Plus

I upgraded to freelancer plus and my account was debited by Upwork yesterday. However, this morning I received an email saying that I had been downgraded from the freelancer plus account. How is this possible knowing that I paid for it? Can I receive a refund? How does it work?

II checked and I'm Freelancer plus. and I benefit from the freelancer plus features. But I'm still wondering why I received this downgrade message.
