I am Bappaditya from India. I jonined Upwork approx 1 month ago. And I have two questions to ask. First, I am always active with Upwork 15+ hrs/day. But when I searched my name in another browser without login and viewed my profile, it shows that last active 5 days ago. Even in setting I set visibility as "PUBLIC". What to do? Second, I have completed approx 1 month in Upwork and applied manhy jobs but still I am not accepted for any jobs by the clients and in some cases the clients are unresponsive. What to do? Please help me in this two matters....

You're more likely to get answers to this type of question here in the community forum.
Read some blogs about freelancing.
Read the whole job posting.
Understand if you can REALLY deliver what the client's expectations.
Do not use a generic cover letter.
Effort a little more, scroll down client's past feedbacks. If you see his name, great. Use that in your cover letter and not just "Dear hiring manager".
