Problem with submitting proposals

Hi, I have been trying to submit proposals for projects. But EVERY proposal I have tried to submit uptill now has showed me LINK HAS EXPIRED. CONTACT SUPPORT TO GET A NEW LINK.Please help me as to why is this happening.
