Process for delivering work completed for a client

Hello 

I am relatively new on upwork and was just able to get my first job. I just want to clarify the procedure for delivering the work to the client in a way that satisfies all requirements, and the payment in escrow is released. It is a fixed price contract and shows the entire job as one milestone. Should I go ahead and send the document as an attachment, replying to the same message that was initiated when the client messaged and hired me. 

I would appreciate your support in familiarising myself with the required procedure.

Thanks for reaching out. In order for the client to release the payment for the milestone completed, please click on "Submit work" on your contract.
