Profile Approval Issues ans system bug

I don't know why my profile has been rejected again again and again? I did not received any email yet from upword although my email is correct, In live in Uk right now I am in Bangladesh travelling. I can send you my ID all verification stuff if needed,System shows this message

Also when i click on support message its empty. what should i need to add or change or they want? please clarify everything and approve it ASAP
