I'm reaching out because I'm new to Upwork and I've encountered an issue with my profile. Despite updating it multiple times in my settings, it continues to display my husband's name by default. I've tried various solutions, but the problem persists. Could someone please assist me with resolving this issue? Thank you for your help.

I looked closely at your account and confirmed that your profile name has been updated. Please see this screenshot for your reference. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies? Then, log back into your account and see if the issue persists with a screenshot of what you can see from your end; we'll look further into that for you.
