Profile name

Hello, I can't seem to update my profile name. I initially used my nickname but I want to update it to my full name. Everytime I try to update it, it still going back to my nickname. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and it looks like both the profile and verified name are your full name. 

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies? Please let us know if the issue persists.
