Is there an option to check how many times my project catalog has been viewed?
if not, is it possible to get this function?

Hi Fabien,

While it's not possible at the moment, this is a suggestion we've seen before. Our product team is aware that having more insight into how their Catalog projects are doing is important for talent, so they are looking into ways to provide more information around that.
