Proposal not showing on client's dashboard

I have submitted a proposal but it is not showing on  client's  dashboard.

Did you submitted the proposal by applying in a job post?

or

Did you write down the proposal while accepting an Interview?

or

Did you send it via Propose a new contract from your ended contracts?

Can you be specific a little bit more?
