Recent Feedback for content writing does not appear in the specilized profile of "content writing'

Hi there,

Maybe someone can help me with this.  Not sure.

I received feedback from a client over a week ago.  It is titled 'mini case studies.......(content writing in healthcare).'  Yet, when I view my specilized profile of content writing it does not appear.  Why? Why do my other jobs for content writing appear there and that one is excluded?  See photos attached.
