Refund Client

I want to reimburse **Edited for Community Guidelines**for my Free Tours by Foot - Lisbon travel blog writing working hours. I had a personal problem due to the actual circumstances and I didn't finish this work properly, so I don't think I should be paid for that. I already ended the contract. But mister Stephen says that you already charged for the weekly work hours. I went to My Jobs tab and when I click on "refund" a message appears: refund items: The amount to be debited cannot be greater than your available balance.
