Hello Andrea, I recently finished a Project Catalog Job for a client and all seemed well and good with the client approving the payment as well as giving a 5-star review when all of a sudden yesterday a refund was given out of nowhere. Can Upwork help me with recouping my monies for work and deliverables provided to the client? (REF ID 31132796 Invoice #: 502700891)
