Refund request

Hi everyone,

in a recent project, I was asked to correct spelling errors in a short text. I am experienced in this and was able to finish the job very quickly, doing everything by hand. However, the client now says they cannot pay what we agreed on, as I did a poor job because I hardly made any changes. (The text was already of good quality to begin with, so there were no other errors to correct.) I offered to make further changes if they let me know what else they wanted changed. In reaction, the client closed the contract and is now asking for a full refund (it's only a small amount, and the job only took me about 20 minutes).

To be honest, I am a bit upset right now and ready to give them their refund, but since I have no idea what I did wrong, I would very much appreciate your feedback on this.
