Refunded Connects

Let's say you apply for a job and spend 2 connects to submit a proposal. The client offers you the job, and they attach a file. This file is not only marked as malware by Upwork, and confirmed through an online malware scanner, but that client gets subsequently gets their account banned. Are the connects refunded?

Hi Daniel,

If a job is canceled without hire by Upwork for ToS violation, connects freelancers used to apply to it are returned.
