You need to fix your overview, which is written in terrible English. If your proposals are in similarly bad English, that would be at least partly responsible for your lack of response.

You need to adjust your English level to something more realistic, it's not by any stretch of the imagination "native or bilingual"

Things like "Ace contributor" and "Community Guru" are just titles that you get in the forum after you've made a certain number of posts. Clients can't see these designations, and - despite what you may have heard - it doesn't help you win any projects.
