Regarding payment methods

have added "direct local bank " payment method on my Upwork account. But it's status is inactive. why, is there any issue in that?
I think 10 day's before I have added. Let me know when it active.

Petra is correct. You will need to complete your tax information. The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. Please go to Settings ›Tax Information and provide your legal name and address.
