Hi, I'm a Spanish freelancer citizen with a permanent adress in Spain but I'm currently in the Philippines and I can not leave as the situation.
Last week I created my profile - plus verified my account+phone number with the video call and with my Spanish passport - and finished a job for a client. Today the platform is asking me to repeat my verification as my address ( Spain ) don't match with my current location.
I'm not philippino citizen and my permanent address is in BCN, not here.
Any advice about how I can fix or any way to contact with UpWork Agent?
