Revert back Withdrawn funds to Direct Local Bank UB Philippines

Is it possible to revert the funds I withdrew earlier? My bank is having technical issues now and I don't have my Debit Card yet since this is a new account. I need to go to the bank on Monday, March 11 to raise the issue since their customer support couldn't resolve this overnight. Please help me Upwork Team!
