Rising Talent Badge

Hi, guys

I am new here on Upwork.

I created my account a few days ago and made 100% profile and got 5 marks at Readiness test.

One day is passed but I don't get rising talent.

What else should I do to get RISING TALENT?

Please help me.

Anton, I believe you have to submit proposals and/or get a job first.

You need to regularly be submitting proposals, for me I completed my first 3 jobs and received 5 star reviews on them, which then lead me to getting the "rising talent" badge, but truthfully it only lasts a short while until you're switched to JSS, don't worry so much about the badge just keep submitting proposals and ensuring you have quality cover letters (don't copy/paste)

If you're met the requirements, that just means that you're eligibile to get the rising talent badge - it doesn't mean that you'll definitely get it. Some freelancers get it as soon as they join (winning a certain number of projects - or any projects - is NOT a requirement), while others don't. I wish that I could tell you why this is the case or what you need to do, but I have no idea.

So, you should just keep bidding on projects and perhaps after you get a few good reviews, then you'll get the badge.
