Rising Talent Bagde lost

Hi,

I accidently deleted my Social link(link was broken) and my rising talent badge was removed. Now, it's been more than 18 days that my profile completeness was 100% but no sign of badge. Support is giving standard answers with links which are no help for this case. Have you had an issue like that and how it was resolved? I don't have JSS.
The problem is that I am working every day but my work is not counting towards Top Rated.
