I'm sorry about the issue with the Team App. Please follow Petra's advice and submit a support ticket via the Help menu of the Team App. Click on your name at the bottom of the App and select Contact Support.
You could also check your preference on the Time Tracker, to find out how you have your screenshots are setup.
Look at the bottom left corner, click on [you^]
click on [preferences]
click on [^snapshots] see what boxes you have checked.
[Capture acive screen only]
x [Capture entire desktop]
x [Notify me when snapshots are taken]
Note: I placed an "x' by the ones checked on my Time Tracker app.
When finished, click [Done] at the top right corner.
Note: Once you make changes, ["your name"^] will replace [you^] at the bottom left corner of your Time Tracker App.
If this does not resolve your problem, definitly contact support.
