I hope I can get help here. This is my situation:
This week on Wednesday, Upwork automatically processed my payment which happens automatically every Wednesday as long as my balance is more than $100. I am in Kenya, so, I use Mpesa as my method of Withdrawing funds from Upwork.
I did not receive the funds in my Mpesa account. After about 50 hours, the money reappeared in my Upwork account stating that the withdrawal had been reversed. Yesterday, I withdrew the money again. This time, I did it, it was not automatic. My funds usually arrive in my Mpesa Account within a period of one hour after I receive the confirmation that the funds had been processed successfully. Now it has been more than 15 hours and again I have not received the money.
Is there someone who knows how to fix this?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mathenge,
Your payment transfers immediately in most cases, but there are occasions when it may take up to 24 hours. Your withdrawal request on Upwork has been processed successfully upon checking. Please contact M-Pesa so that they can check this on their end for you. Thank you!

Thank you for the reply.
I have already contacted M-Pesa. I have attached the screenshot containing their reply to me. They claim that they haven't been able to track any funds that have not been credited to my M-Pesa account. It has already been over 33 hours since I received a notification that my withdrawal had been processed successfully. If you can help me figure this out, I will appreciate it very much.
