Service fee cut 20% instead of 10%

hello, My upwork earning is 3K +$ than also service fee cuts 20% intead of 10% in my current job. Is there any issue? Please help me out.

The fee drops to 10% after the first $500 earned with each client. Not total earnings on Upwork.

Yes I'm saying that, till now, service fee cuts 10% but suddenly it start cutting off 20% again.

with THE SAME CLIENT?

The sliding scales are per client, not based on your overall earnings.
