Shaded Glass in Profile Picture

Hi!

I am posting this behalf of one of my friend. He has Strabismus (Misaligned Eyes), thus he does not feel comfortable looking towards a camera or anyone without his shaded glasses on, that hides his eyes. So he was asking if it will be okay to use a profile picture with his shaded glasses on in upwork? Does anyone knows if thats okay or how he can use a profile picture with his shaded glasses on?
