Submit proposal button is inactive

Hi,

Could someone please help me with the issue i am facing. I'm totally new on this web site and cant understand why the button "Send a proposal" is not active. However, when I just registered this button was active.

First of all, welcome to Upwork! 

It usually takes 1-2 days for upwork to permit you to submit proposals. 

Usually, at upwork, a new profile undergoes series of validations! So, just hold your horses while you are a few hours away in changing your life!

PS: In case your profile needs a resubmission, ensure that your BIO is detailed and you have added everything according to the Government proofs.

Hi Ketaki,

You`re not able to send proposals since your hourly rate is less than $3. Please reach out to the agency owner and ask them to update your profile rate. Once this is done, you will be able to send proposals. Thank you.
