From my account, suddenly USD 10 is charged from my credit card. I don't want to renew any membership. Please revetr the transaction. It's urgent.
Zalak, I don't work for Upwork so I can't reverse the charge, but you must have signed up for a Plus membership, which costs $10 a month, because your profile has a "Custom Profile URL" (one that looks like www.upwork.com/fl/username), and only plus members get those. You should change to a basic membership right away, so you won't get charged again next month. And good luck getting the $10 payment reversed.
