Suspicious about client

After a long time later I started applying for some new jobs. Right now I have accepted an invitation for a suspicion offer. It seems to be spam for me. I want to know more from other freelancers. Is it a spam?

Assuming you have a matching invite on your proposals page, this is perfectly legit. Now, whether it turns out to be a match for your skillset is a completely different question.
